WithskyFIP, what is the difference between online and offline mode, and how should my browser be configured?
The online mode, other than theoffline mode, requires a connection to an Internet Service Provider (ISP). In offline mode, the browserwill only access pages that have been stored in local cache due to the skyFIPreception. No connection to your Internet service provider is required andthere will be noonline charges. In offline mode, pages will beopened by the browser as usual. Simply enter the URL of the requested websitein the browser. No special settings are required in order to be able to use theoffline mode. It is sufficient to activate the skyFIP mode (“OfflineskyFIP Surfing”) in the context menu of the skyDSL symbol (in the taskbar). There is no need to change your browser settings.
