Within the defined territory and specified markets of the DR, can Reps or KI sell products directly or through other dealers?
The DR has a nonexclusive right to solicit orders within the defined territory and specified markets. If another dealer presents an opportunity to a Rep or KI that is not being pursued by the DR, the Rep or KI can, at their discretion, provide pricing and accept an order from that dealer without compensation to the DR.
