A working group of joint trustees and senior management from DHH and CMCHS reviewed and considered the community input. They also consulted with professionals who provided advice regarding the proposed changes, recommended specific language and evaluated the documents in the context of the proposed changes. Amendments to the originally filed affiliation documents were then adopted by the respective Boards and filed with the Attorney General’s office on Thursday, January 21, 2010.
