The Cortado Premium Services can be used with BlackBerry handhelds which fullfill the following two requirements: 1. Bluetooth functionality 2. Firmware version 4.0.2 or higher Further more, ONE of the following two requirements must be met to be able to connect to the Cortado hosting center and to use the Cortado services: 1.You are connected to an own BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) in your company* AND / OR 2.Your handheld supports the BlackBerry Internet Browsing Service (BIS-B) *For the BES to connect with the Cortado hosting center, the BES must be configured so that it can communicate outwardly via port 4001 and port 443. Please refer to your IT administrator.
