With what types of positions is Screening Interviews best used?
Any type. At first we thought it would appeal mostly to the service industry because you can tell how well the person uses language (e.g. sales). We then found clients having us interview candidates for positions that require very specific knowledge. Because we are typically given the questions to ask we can very quickly disclose a candidates knowledge of a subject right down to the device level (e.g. for a senior engineer). Were finding its now also widely used for help in recruiting executives at the mid to lower-senior level across industries. These interviews tend to be used extensively by hiring teams.
