In keeping with our overall vision, the buildings will be designed and built to fit in with the natural surroundings of the property. The bare-timber and log construction of the ARVC Lodge at the south end of the property is an excellent example of the construction we envision for the facility. This is true not just of the retail center and the lodge, but of all buildings planned for the property. The actual design of the buildings will be part of a Site Plan process administered by the Town.
