With the old CD version, I click on the Help button but nothing happens?
A. Unfortunately on some Windows computers, this button does not work correctly and there is really not anything we can do. TradeMaster was developed using Microsoft Access and it uses Microsoft libraries. These libraries behave differently on some Windows computers. They shouldn’t but they do. We can not rewrite these libraries because they belong to Microsoft. We can only provide a work around. The help file is an HTML file that is read using your web browser. All you have to do is go to the folder where you installed TradeMaster and double click on the file called HELP.HTM. This will open the manual in your default browser.
