With the MobileAccess service, can we use our own mobile devices or is this service limited to those that the partner offers?
You may connect any supported device to the MobileAccess service after you have registered for the service with the hosting partner and the device is enrolled in the administration console. This is for security reasons not just anyone can connect to your CRM data, just those with the appropriate security permissions and that have been registered in the system to use the service.
