If you receive a bracelet, necklace or watch that doesnt fit in size, a $15.00 restocking fee will be charged along with any new shipping charges. There are no cash refunds, you will receive a credit of equal value towards a different piece of your choice. The exchanged piece must be returned in its original condition. If the error is Fire Gems Studio, then we will exchange the piece at no charge to you.
