With the exclusion of pre-existing conditions, what is the reason to have health insurance if you are healthy?
You only need insurance if you are sick. I will pay the fine (2% of my pay) and just work with my physician for routine health care. It will be MUCH cheaper than insurance premiums. If I end up with some condition, I buy health insurance. Can’t be denied, viola! It is only a matter of time before the sheeple figure it out. Congress is going to spend years and years trying to contain the unintended consequences of this bill. Also, most people already get insurance through their employer so that means fewer people would bother with this method. Finally, people are lazy and your method takes too much work.
