No. The DQ57TM cannot use an Intel® Core™ i3-5xx or i5-6xx processor with integrated graphics in conjunction with a PCI Express x16 add-in card. When a PCI Express x16 add-in card is installed, the integrated graphics of the Core™ i3 or i5 processor is disabled.
