With that being said, is the shin bone routine effective?
I don’t really know and I hope that someone could experiment it a little longer and report back their results. Finally, that’s a brief summary about the shin bone experiment. Also, when I first began (May 11, 2005) to experiment the backbone routine (so-called Sky’s Lumbar Routine), all I knew about this routine was how cartilage disc thickening may help to increase a person’s height. However, at the end of my 30-day experiment, I’ve learned that increasing muscle mass in the back and abdominal area is as important as thickening the fibrocartilage discs in the lumbar spine.
