With such great condo pricing, there must be some restrictions, right?
Yes-but they are pretty mild. Most (not all) properties are available only on a weekly basis with check-in usually on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. The discounted pricing is based on weekly stays, but you’ll save money even if you only stay 4 or 5 nights in many cases. Also, we usually cannot change the location of your unit within the property. These are frequently leased units that are reserved through the year for our use or pre-assigned owners’ units. But for those of you with special needs (i.e. handicapped facilities, beach-front properties, in-unit laundry facilities, on-site bar, or whatever….), please fill out the request form as completely as possible, and we’ll do what we can to find what you need.
