With PopUpCop enabled, I can seem to send mail from my Yahoo! email account. How can I send mail from Yahoo! mail?
Recently, Yahoo has started using script timers to implement the Send and Forward functions on their email composition page, and you have probably have blocked script timers in PppUpCop. To work around this problem, you could turn script timers back on, or follow these step-by-step instructions to keep blocking script timers but still use Yahoo email: • Click on the PopUpCop badge to pull down the main PopUpCop menu. • Choose “Customize PopUpCop…” to display the PopUpCop options dialog. • Click on the “Allow and block lists” tab. • On the left side of the dialog, under the “Always display popups from” (Allow) list, click “New…”. • In the “Enter new page, server or domain” dialog enter the following pattern. You MUST include the “*” at the beginning!! *mail.yahoo.com/ym/Compose • Click OK to add the pattern to your allow list. • Click on the “Look and feel” tab. • Find and place a checkmark in the box next to “Allow list applies to Flash and other active blocks”.
