The LDA contracts with the lead delivery partner, and requires the lead partner to take responsibility for the delivery of the project. Lead partners are required to ensure that Agreements are in place with each of their delivery partners which should pass on the key contractual requirements included in the LDA’s Grant Agreement. Guidance on Service Level Agreements has been published on the LDA website.
