With no hand holes in a Smoothwheel how do I get air to the inside tire?

There is a 1.5″ diameter hole on the Smoothwheel that is 180 degrees from the outer valve stem for ease of inflation and checking pressure. This hole must be aligned with the valve stem of the inner wheel when mounting a Smoothwheel. A fill through cap on the inner stem is recommended and we also offer a valve stem extension with a rubber stabilizer to make inflation easier.
