With Meridian Mail, callers who reached my voicemail greeting could press 0 and be transferred to another number, such as the department office. Is this feature available in the new voicemail system?

No. This feature is not supported in the current version of Exchange Unified Messaging however, is it expected in future releases of the software. In the meantime, users should record in their greeting message specific instructions for callers.
