With Intertec TimePro hosted, does the monthly fee include the support?
Yes – the monthly fee does include email support. Phone support is provided to premium customers (>50 users). However you can pay more to have phone support if you are only on a standard plan – not really necessary for most customers. In any case you are free to call our office during the first month when you are getting the system up and running – no cost.
