With increased college entrance requirements, how can I possibly find time to take any career and technology courses?
A. With careful scheduling, your son or daughter can have the best of both worlds– a total educational package. About 35 percent of Oklahoma’s career and technology students do go on to post secondary education, and most of those enroll in a collegiate program directly related to their high school career and technology education program. Students should begin working with their high school counselor as early as the ninth grade to plan their schedule.
