No. Each month you’ll receive 1,000 minutes for long distance calls to continental North America. At the start of the next month, you will receive a “new” 1,000 minutes. If you go over the 1,000 minutes during the month, you will be charged $0.03 per minute for any calls you make until the end of the month.
