With electronic work orders, does a lawyer need an original signature on court documents before it is submitted to the court registry?

0

For electronic submission, there are no original signatures required. Dye & Durham as your agent already has a valid Court Services Online account in place. Any documents submitted through Dye & Durhams ETRAY are deemed to be originals. For manual submission, as your agent, we are able to sign all but Affidavits and Orders on your behalf. You simply attach your documents in Word, WordPerfect or PDF format and we will print and sign the documents on your behalf before submitting to the appropriate registry.
