With E-Delivery, can our entire family be notified with one e-mail?
Yes. Since you have the option to designate any e-mail address during enrollment, each member of your family who is an American General Life Companies policy owner can enroll using the same e-mail address. Since we send only one notification per e-mail address, you will then receive just one e-mail for your household. If you have selected the option to receive one e-mail but receive more than one, please contact AIG American General’s Customer Service toll-free 1-800-280-2011 (Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Central Time). We will attempt to correct the problem.
