With an approved Labor Certification application, can I change job before the I-140 approval?
With approved Labor Certification application, if you change job before the I-140 approval, your employer may withdraw the I-140 application. If the employer withdraws the I-140 before it has been approved, the USCIS will NOT provide the employee an opportunity to change employer with certified Labor Certification application.
