With a myriad of second source vendors to choose from, why should I buy hardware products from Channel Trade?

In addition to our knowledge and experience in dealing with all facets of the computer distribution industry, Channel Concept also has a clear advantage in its cost structure and its flexibility in making decisions when compared with its larger industry peers. Size is clearly our advantage. Unlike those larger second source players, Channel Trade does not support a large bureaucratic infrastructure because that expense only translates into higher prices that get passed on to the customer. Important decisions that impact Channel Concepts customers are not delayed due to approval requirements from a chain of command and importantly, smaller margin deals can still be made because Channel Trade does not have a minimum margin matrix governing our sales decisions.
