With a low volume of Fee for Service recipients, the PROMISe Internet Site provides the capability of interactive electronic claim submission, with instant claim status upon submission. Additionally, DPW provides the Provider Electronic Solutions Software free of charge. This is a HIPAA compliant electronic billing software that can be downloaded free of charge from DPW’s Internet site or it can be ordered from the Provider Assistance Center for a nominal shipping fee.
