Please verify that you are connected to the internet when supplying the media player with your Username/Password. You only need to be connected to the internet during this process. After the licensing is complete, you may watch the videos for up to 3 months offline without relicensing the video. Other problems may include an outdated Windows Media Player. Please make sure you have the latest version. If the problem continues, please contact Staff@KidzOnline.org and include as much information about your computer and media player as possible.
