Financial operations of non-profit entities are governed by the Internal Revenue Code. Simply put, Willow Valley does not operate to gain profits. All dollars generated are invested back into Willow Valley for the benefit of our Residents, and reserves create a safety cushion that is critical to providing responsible fiscal management.
