Our standard Lease Agreement is for one year. However, if a Tenant is in the military, WMGi will always accommodate a military transfer or change of orders which results in the need to terminate the Lease Agreement early. Under certain circumstances, WMGi with owner approval, may agree to a shorter lease term. No Lease Agreement will be signed for a shorter term than seven months.
