Boot Camp, yes. Parallels Desktop, no. Boot Camp allows you to install Microsoft Windows on your Mac, where Microsoft Windows will have direct access to the hardware of your Mac. Parallels Desktop creates a virtual machine, using virtual hardware on which you install Microsoft Windows, which is therefore not suitable for playing any games which are intended for Microsoft Windows.
