No. Parts of WinAstro still use 16 bit code, and this will not run under any 64 bit version of Windows, such as XP 64 or Vista 64. The only possible workaround to this is to run WinAstro in a virtual machine. For this you will need virtual machine software such as VMWare or Microsoft’s Virtual PC, and also a licenced copy of 32 bit Windows (e.g. Windows 95 through to Vista) to install into the virtualmachine.
