Yes! Westmaster offers two levels of server monitoring – Basic and Advanced. The Basic monitoring is for free. With The Basic, the server is scanned every 5 minutes to ensure proper functionality. If your server is down (no ping), we will restart it. In this case, you will be notified by our technicians too. With The Advanced Monitoring, we will monitor all services on your server (Web, Mail, Database).
