Will welding a big exhaust to a straight pipe muffler system change the sound or just the look?
Everything you do to your exaust like different sized pipes, different length pipes, different muffler types, different muffler brands, differant tail pipes will change the look and the sound of an exaust system. Welding a big exaust pipe to a straight pipe system may quiet the sound some but a straight pipe system is so loud that you probley would not be able to notice it.
