Not at this time. We don’t see this as a major problem for this reason. Printing to any of these Printers is slow. Epson equips these printers with very little internal memory. Any machine that is printing is tied up baby-sitting the printer sending little bursts of data to the printer. In our networked studio – we don’t want to tie up our more expensive imaging stations printing to the printer across the network. We have dedicated our old 8500 and 9500 Macs to printing, and we transfer the files across the LAN (fast) and then let those machines do the printing (slow). A good way to make the older machines useful again. Since they just print, they can effectively put to use the oldest, smallest monitors.
