Will we be able to access new year content (i.e. 2008) to titles we have subscribed for in 2007?

Yes, for a limited period. For titles which your institution has subscribed to for 2007 you will also get access to any 2008 content on those same titles until the end of the online gracing period (4 March 2008). When gracing finishes, you will retain access to 2007 content only.
