There is no gurantee that walking will help you go into labor but it would be best to walk on a flat surface instead of stairs incase you get unbalanced and fall. You could get very tired walking long amounts of time on stairs. But if you do decide to do it please be carefull!

There is no guarntee way that will induce labour allot of people try it and have success and allot of people try it and dont basically the people that do have success is only because they are ready to give birth ,,, with my first i was getting edgy and started to try all the methods bumpy car rides , steps , spicy food , sex etc and it wasnt untill i stopped trying to get labour going that it actually started i gave up for a few days relaxed watched some tv and when i stood up my waters broke so if you just relax and let nature take is course you will have the best chance
