Will Vista Parental Conrols block HTTPS Proxy sites?
Vista will block sites based upon rating or content – but cannot automatically block some sites that aren’t categorized. In this case it’s a simple matter to add the site to the “Blocked Sites” list in Parental Controls. Having 2 teenagers myself, I constantly screen my router traffic for questionable sites that the kids may be visiting – then I either block them in Vista or in the router.
