At ValleyStone Credit Union, we will never ask you to provide this information via email or text message. If you should receive such a message, it is a scam. Do NOT give your credit/debit card number or any other personal information over text or e-mail. If you are in doubt that you have been called by ValleyStone, ask the person on the phone for their name and tell them that you will call them right back. Then call the Credit Union at (413) 693-0273 or (800) 455-6328 and ask for that person.
