Will using Kasual Kit violate copyrights or trademarks?
Copyright/trademark law covers only those attributes of a game that make the game unique. This includes the graphical look, sounds, music, and, importantly, the game name. It is impossible to copyright or trademark a game concept itself. As long as you use the graphics/sounds/music from the Kasual Kit assets, or make your own, you are safe.
