Will USAble Life pay the employer-matching portion of the FICA for employees of groups covered by USAble Life?
For long-term disability coverage, USAble Life will include a FICA-match service at the request of the employer at no additional cost. For short-term disability (STD) coverage, USAble Life will include a FICA-match service at the request of the employer. The FICA-match service for STD coverage will result in an additional cost of 8%, which will be included in the premium.
