Nursing and Midwifery lecturers along with Clinical Facilitators will provide all necessary support if the situation arises whereby a student is failing to meet the required standard in practice. This includes the development of action plans and completion of documentation. If at the end of this process the mentor deems the student to be below the standard required UCW will support the mentors decision.
