Will UBS Financial Services, Inc. notify the retiree when their stock options are accelerated?
Expiration dates will be updated and viewable in their stock account within three business days of their retirement/termination. Stock Operations sends retirees a letter at the time of their termination reminding them to check their stock account and confirm the expiration dates of each grant. It is the retiree’s responsibility to make sure their options do not expire. Once the options expire, they are gone and cannot be restored.
