yes.the snapdragon processor wil be in a device from a manufacturer not based on cellular company. Each company will have their own set of devices though.

Processor speed and type varies by phone manufacturer. For our first two Android-powered phones: The Samsung Acclaim™ has a robust 800 MHz processor. The HTC Desire (coming soon) will have a 1 GHz SnapDragon processor.
