well it worked for me but save it till last first use preffesional cleaner then try sticking it in the freezer for a few days and if none of these work go and u hav to clean it like this ok grab a paper towel and stick the toothpaste on the disk and rub it all over the disk now wait a min then run water over it then take a new paper towel and wipe the water off this may help and u may realize it keeps getting better and better so use the toothpaste a few times till it work and y i say use this last is because this is the most dangerous of not working sometimes it does sometimes it wont so use it after cleaner and freezer ok cuz if those dont work u might as well try toothpaste cuz if tht aint working ur cd is done for u need a new one
