The manufacturer says that the minimum CPU requirement is 2.0 GHz, where the laptop you showed is only 1.8 GHz, so if it does, it would probably run painfully slowly. Also, I wouldn’t recommend that laptop anyway; it has no OS, so you would have to pay up to and over $100 for Windows, unless you chose to run Linux.
