You should lose some weight, however I would change your dinner slightly, by cutting out carbohydrates (ie the vegetables) and try a salad instead, fewer calories and you will encourage your body to burn fat stores while sleeping. Breakfast sounds fine, but I would probably look at introducing a couple extra meals, believe or not if you add a couple smaller meals you will increase your metabolism, perhaps a shake or just something small, just to keep the fuel burning so to speak, also look at introducing some good fats, such as Omega 3 (salmon/tuna and flaxseed oil are great sources) as well as Avocado and raw nuts, these help mobilise the fat you already have.
