Well you should never throw a new guinea pig into a cage with two others especially with the fact that their males. You should introduce them to eachother everyday until they get comfortable with each other. And as for the pregnancy, like the others said she might be. There are always chances of having a pregnant small animal when you take it from a pet shop because the pet shop may have just had them all mixed in together with males and females. To be on the safe side you should keep her in that small cage shes in now. And if you notice any pregnancy signs like building a nest or seeming bitey or not wanting to be touched or picked up then i think you should clean out which ever cage the males are staying in. Cleaning it very very well with hot water and soap letting it soak but clean it very well just so if she is pregnant she doesnt smell the males were there so it doesnt stress her or make her mad. And transfer her to the bigger cage so she has room to have her babies when she does
