The country of Sudan does not refer to historical “Sudan” which is now called Sahil region. But Sudan (the country) is part of that grouping, and both Arabs & Blacks use the same land (shared), and this kind of arrangement exists in other countries there not just Sudan , like Chad and westward, there are no Berbers or Tuaregs in Sudan.
