Will they be building a national aquarium in Baltimore, Maryland?
I don’t think that they need another aquarium, as they already have a world class on in Baltimore at the Inner Harbor. I visited there a few years ago and it was, indeed, an excellent aquarium and worth the trip from Washington DC to see it. They add more exhibits–I think the last one was the Australian rainforest area, which has lots of animals and marine life native to that part of the world. This guy I noticed in that part of the Aquarium: It’s home to approximately 10500 specimens and more than 560 species of animals. I was fascinated by the enormous sharks that the aquarium houses, in addition to dozens of sting rays. The Aquarium is the building behind the submarine in the Harbor. Sources: http://www.aqua.
