67 liters is way too small, the pleco alone would need 90 liters to himself in a 280 liter tank. the lobster needs 8 gallons to himself in a 75 liter (best kept in a species tank. the silver sharks would each need 37 liters to themselves in a 280 liter tank. if you had a tank that size you might be able to get away with the combo, but not in that tiny tank. they are not only too big to be kept together in such a tiny tank (especially concisering their temperments) but they also have different preferences for how the tank should be kept. as is you may be able to squeeze one blue lobster in the tank you have. but for the sake of you fish (and crayfish) that is all you should keep in that tank.
