Will there ever be an air ship service between vancouver and the island, i think it?
Well, I have never heard of any airship service that allowed things other than people and their luggage although I imagine freight would be included in that as well. Since the sea bus does not run between Vancouver and Vancouver Island it would be hard to comment on this part of your question. If by airship you mean something like a dirigible then probably not, they are too subject to stormy weather, especially winds, which would make the crossing unpredictable and unreliable. Presently there is everything from helicopters, to float planes, to regularly scheduled airlines from the Vancouver area to Vancouver Island so I cannot see where anything else is currently needed. If by sea bus you are referring to the BC Ferry fleet it is actually quite reliable and certainly a cheaper alternative to travelling by air. If you wish to bring a vehicle it is the only way and I cannot see any economical way of shipping your car by air. So basically you already have a variety of options although one
